this was fun, I did however run into a bug where the items flew under the chair and I could not get them anymoree n.n;; other than that I got scared all the times I got to the point of the shadow figure xD
Superb execution, interesting premise, a bit of a bookshelf problem, but that's no issue, especially after making me paranoid about my neighbors.
Freakishly great atmosphere. I was fully immersed right from the beginning. The interactions in the game are neat, well thought out. The story of the apartment seems a bit spooky, nothing serious, although I think it has a potential to be a very serious, more psychologically centered game, but it definitely delivers on the scares. Great job.

I made a video 5 hours ago and the video on the previous comment is published on YT 2 hours ago. I am not saying that the person saw the bookshelf issue and had the exact same problem, but just FYI, I encountered the bug first. Yeap.
It is possible to soft-lock yourself by messing with the books on the shelf before placing them all. But otherwise, no notes. I wish I had an infinite amount of steak. Haha
